Why do you need to come to my house to quote?

Obviously we’d like to meet you! Our onsite quotes also give us the opportunity to provide you with a fair and accurate quote. Our in person quotes offer you an opportunity to show us your former home, ask us questions or detail anything specific that you need us to focus on.

Can you clean up my yard? I just don’t have the time!

OF COURSE! Just let us know that you’d like a yard tidy in your query form and we will add it to your quote when we come to meet you. We are able to mow your lawns, do some general weeding and trim any hedges at the property.

How long will the clean take?

With our team, most of our cleans are completed in one day. We do ask all our customers to allow us at least 2 days, just in case we have yard work to complete or we need some extra time to ensure a perfectly sparkling clean.

What if the Real Estate are not satisfied with the clean?

At Island Bros we don’t do the bare minimum and hope to get a pass mark, we aim to get the job done right the first time. If for any reason your Real Estate see something that we have missed, we guarantee our work for 7 days and will come back a maximum of 2 times to ensure your Real Estate Agents are pleased with the property you are handing over.
